The kitchen is supplied with dishes, cookware, table service, full size refrigerator, freezer, 5-burner gas range, microwave and convection oven. Washer and dryer are in garage. Outdoor areas have magnificent Pacific Ocean/ golf course views. Upstairs outside deck (700sf) has sunbathing area. Back patio (2500sf) has 35 foot free form Pool and Jacuzzi, Plexiglas windbreak, built-in BBQ with sink. The swimming pool is heated with propane. If you require it warmer, there is a $75 daily charge for propane heating which will be collected by our Property Manager. He MUST be informed because heating the pool will drain the propane tank. Our Property Manager will make arrangements for extra propane to be delivered. There is no fee for heating the spa.
