The property had great views and the apartment itself was lovely. There was some homeless people nearby but it wasn’t and issue.

Weekend in SLC
Great one bedroom penthouse apartment in downtown Salt Lake City. Well stocked kitchen was able to make breakfast and dinners in the unit. Perfect for walking around downtown and capital area. Communication with host through Vrbo app very easy. Highly recommend.

Business downtown; perfect place
Perfect spot to walk to meetings and restaurants. Sunny, clean apartment. Host was always there and accommodating. Detailed directions. Everything was truly awesome! Would happily stay here again. 👍👍

Perfect for us
Unfamiliar with this area so we’re not sure what to expect. It was ideal! Close to anything. Great walkable area. We were in town for med treatment at Huntsman and it was super close. Property is new and unit VERY clean. Parking is worth the $10 a night. If you have a dog ( which is allowed) there’s great close areas to walk them. Well appointed art. Comfy bed and great lay out. It’s small but seemed large. Shower was great (hot and strong). Tried to book again but unavailable. Hope to stay here again. Book it available. Nice place

Ski trip home base
Fantastic location to use as a base camp while hitting as many mountains as possible. So close to SLC amenities and restaurants, and easy drives to the slopes. Very responsive and helpful host- would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here on my way back from my yearly visit to Utah and honestly we couldn’t have picked a better place for SLC and our needs. It was so nice to decompress here before our flight home. The neighborhood was calm and the unit was very accommodating and cute. We kept saying how much it seemed that they put thought into the unit amenities. There was also a lot of natural lighting and a great view which was wonderful. One of my favorite things about UT is the mountains and we had a view of both the city and mountains.

Great location! Great space!
We stayed over the week of Thanksgiving and this space worked out great! The location is in downtown SLC, but on a fairly quiet street. Easy to get in and out. Great amenities and really comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary Getaway
This place was great! Fully supplied kitchen/bathroom and very comfy bed. Plus the view was amazing! The hosts were great communicating throughout and supplied lists of local activities and places to eat. Would for sure stay here again

Beautiful unit, perfect location.
We loved this rental and the location was amazing. We had plans to attend a Utes football game and a Utah Jazz game and it was in between both, only about a mile from each. We also took a drive up emigration canyon and looped around to Park City. Tons of restaurants and things to do close by. The view from the unit's balcony was so beautiful. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Definitely recommended.

Great stay
Nice apartment to stay in! Living room area was small but for two of us we didn’t need more space. Host communicated plenty about the location, parking options, and things to do in the area. There was construction across the street but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

Rented this unit after my daughter needed a place to stay after she was hit by a car. I got a quick response when I asked for an early check in. Wonderful mountain and city views. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Appreciated all the streaming options.

I will 100% book this apartment again when staying in salt lake. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to downtown, has a covered and secured garage parking spot, a gym, and it’s clean and well kept.

Great apartment and fabulous views over the city
This apartment is a fabulous find! Great location, superb set up and well equipped for a short stay. Kitchen has everything you need, (and I did quite a bit of cooking !), comfy bed and bedding and a really nice living area. Spacious for a one bedroom apartment in SLC and of course great views! The balcony gives a lovely view of the sunrise & sunset over the city. Worth paying for the parking space as well in the garage. I shall definitely book again when I am next in the city.

From the moment you walk in it's a wow. You feel the mountains around you, you've got a nice view. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine or a morning coffee was so much nicer than sitting in a hotel room. A well equipped apartment with fine touches like having coffee cream for the coffee when you arrived. Definitely a yes for your travels to Salt Lake City.

3-week stay - excellent!
I stayed in this property for 3 weeks and highly recommend it. Location was great - near downtown, in a quiet area. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel unsafe at any time. The unit itself was great. Way better and larger than the pictures suggest! Views are crazy. Really quiet - I didn't hear much from any of the neighbors. I was in the unit all day working and never had an issue with noise. I also paid for the garage parking and found that easy, convenient, and worth it. I had one visitor for a couple nights who slept on the foldout couch and they said that was comfortable as far as sleeper sofas go. Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies (except tupperware), grocery store is nearby (within walking distance), and there was in-unit laundry as well as detergent and dryer sheets. The on-site property manager was super helpful, and the couple times I had maintenance related issues, they were handled the same day. Had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

The building location is fantastic: 10 minute walk to downtown SLC, 30 minutes walk to U of Utah campus. There is a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's approx 1 mile away. The views from the 2 balconeys are gorgeous!! There is 2 hrs parking outside or pay for parking inside the condo building garage. You can drive a block or two away for free street parking (not time limited). The condo itself is gorgeous: very clean, very well appointed, has every convenience. The owners have even thought of the little things in providing band aides, some basic cooking essentials (olive oil, tea, coffee, etc....). The kitchen has everything you would need: more pots and pans than I have at home! There is a nice, small gym and an outdoor hot tub in the building. There was some confusion in getting our entry door code but the property managers answered our calls very promptly and fixed the problem within minutes. It was a great place to stay! We will return!
