This bright, stylish home is the perfect base to explore Salt Lake City. Located in a secure neighborhood, this contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home –WiFi, washer and dryer, king and double size beds, well-equipped kitchen, and tableware.
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, closet, ensuite bathroom.
Bedrooms 2 and 3: Queen-size bed, closet, desk, and office chair.
Kitchen: Oven, Stove, Microwave, Full-size refrigerator and freezer, Coffee maker, Pots and pans, Baking sheet, cutting boards, mixing bowls, chef's knives, olive oil, spices, coffee & tea.

We selected the house because of the price and quiet neighborhood. There were issue with the property. Yard was unkept, ac unit needs to be updated-hot nights, master suit bathroom shower needs an upgrade, outdoor space was unkept and had bee nest so we were not able to use it during our stay. Reached out but no response. A few essential kitchen items are missing BUT you get what you pay for. I hate to give it such a negative review but want to be transparent. Beds were good and living room were cozy. Looks like they are trying to do updates but not yet complete.

Property adequate in size for our party
The property was the right size for our party, with adequate bedroom and bathroom space. The indoor spaces were clean and comfortable. The listing photos of the outdoor spaces did not reflect the actual condition of those spaces during our visit. We had to clean the rear patio picnic table in order to use it. The front and rear yards are not well cared for, giving the exterior an unfortunate neglected look. The location is readily accessible from I-15.

Perfect stay before flight out of SLC
Quiet neighborhood and just 13 min drive from airport. The house was immaculate inside with very nice modern renovation. The king bed, and two queens were perfect for our party of four after two weeks on the road. Highly recommend for a comfortable and quick access to the airport. I believe there’s a problem with the VRBO software as I tried to use the chat feature to let the owner know we were leaving but it didn’t work.
