This space is very reasonably priced and convenient to shopping & activities in the area. It was sufficient for our group of 9 in regards to sleeping, but the common area is not large enough to accomodate more than 6 people without extra chairs. The kitchen could use more prep ware and cooking utensils. There are many cosmetic flaws in this space, but everything functions. The issues preventing me from recommending this space are: inadequate internet; I suspect it is shared with the permanent residents upstairs because streaming was an issue, even when only the single tv and two other devices were being used; the temperature is controlled only by the upper unit, and it was uncomfortably hot, even with windows open. When I contacted the host they confirmed that we had no control, and suggested we open the windows. After I contacted them it was a little cooler, but we still experienced some overly warm periods, even when only half of our party was present. The most conerning issue, however, was the cleanliness. It appeared as if this space only received a cursory cleaning before we arrived, & possibly does not get consistent deep cleaning. Hair in the bathroom drawers, dirty baseboards, food spills on kitchen cupboards, and food and trash under the sofa cushions. The carpet also appeared to be fairly dirty, which was a concern since our group had 2 toddlers under 2. If they could resolve these issues I would definitely stay again, but with max 6 people if we were there a lot.
