Private entrance in beautiful neighborhood located near I-15. Entire lower level of house with full kitchen and laundry with 8’ ceilings throughout. Separate ductless HVAC. You are in total control and safe with four separate heating and cooling units. Four large smart TVs with high speed wireless internet. Plus foosball and darts. A one minute walk to the Jordan River Trail for cycling or walking. Five minute walk to large fishing pond. Borrow our poles! Only twenty minutes from downtown, silicon slopes, and four ski resorts.

Ski Trip

This rental was the perfect combination of location, value, space and cleanliness. Just as pictured, this space was perfect for my week of skiing the mountains near SLC. Great communication with the owner, and close to dining, ski rental and groceries, I don’t think I’ve ever had a better stay. No need to wonder - this rental is just as advertised.

Awesome stay!

The place was clean, spacious and in a great neighborhood. It was perfect! The owner was very responsive and let us check in early. Definitely recommend staying here. The place is exactly as the photos advertise! Loved it!

Excellent base for ski trip

The property is in a very convenient location with easy access to I-15. It is about 30 mins from the airport, close to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores and importantly for us, a great base to ski the Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts. The property is a basement apartment with a spacious living area, comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything needed to cook meals. Everything is good quality and the apartment was very clean This was the second time I've stayed here and will certainly hope to do so again.

Exceptional Stay

I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a short term or long term stay. It's a beautiful and incredibly spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you could possibly need during your stay is available. The kitchen is fully stocked (dishes, pots, pans, and utensils), various forms of entertainment (TVs in each room, foosball, darts), washer/dryer, and exercise equipment to top it off! It is located conveniently to access various outdoor activities, restaurants, grocery stores, and many other shopping locations. Check in/Check out was extremely convenient. You choose your code for a digital lock for your stay. The host is kind, communicative, and was available to answer any questions or needs that we had throughout our stay. If this stay is available during any of my future visits, I will gladly book it again. It was truly a pleasure to stay here.

Perfect Place

This place was awesome! My girlfriend and I stayed here for two weeks, working remotely during the week and skiing on weekends. The rental is incredibly spacious and clean, and it's located in a quiet neighborhood. The internet was blazing fast (300+ mbps), which was important since we were working remotely. The large kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils, the beds were super comfy, and the dart board, foosball table, and 4 giant TVs kept us busy on weeknights. The check in process went smooth; the digital lock was programmed with our chosen code when we arrived that afternoon. We never met James in person, however he was super friendly and quick to respond if we had any questions. It was just two of us staying, however it could easily fit 4-6 people comfortably. The place was also close to supermarkets and restaurants, downtown Salt Lake was only about a 20 min drive away, and the ski resorts in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons (Alta/Snowbird/Brighton/Solitude) were only about a 30-35 mins away. This place was perfect. We were very pleased with our stay and would honestly rate this more than 5 stars if we could!
