- Oceanfront Seacan (8×20 ft) perfect for couples seeking calm and a romantic escape. Enjoy views of Nova Scotia and Ephraim Island, with sunrises, sunsets, and moonrises over the sea. Watch wildlife, walk sandbars at low tide, swim in calm waters. A soulful retreat with Starlink, ideal for rest and inspiration. 15 min to PEI, 35 min to Amherst, 50 min to Moncton.
NOTE: Beach stairs temporarily unavailable due to shoreline changes. Beach access via a nearby pathway, about a 2-minute walk.
Fully independent with a deck and yard, facing the ocean beyond a nearby home. Just steps from the Northumberland Strait, your private beach escape is surrounded by trees, wildflowers, and native plants, and the property is alive with wildlife—deer, rabbits, hummingbirds, eagles, herons, and monarch butterflies.
Relax on your private deck or indoors in the professionally built 160 sq ft Seacan studio, thoughtfully furnished with a double bed dressed in fresh white linens. Large windows frame ocean views and bring nature inside.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction burner, toaster oven, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals.
Unwind with the wall-mounted 42” TV and streaming apps (log in with your own accounts, or enjoy complimentary Prime Video).
At night, stargaze under pristine skies. By day, explore the shoreline and stroll to Ephraim Island.
Guest Notes & Amenities:
Guests have full use of the deck box, which includes extra tables, chairs, and a yoga mat.
A neighboring property shares the beach stairs.
Lawn care, maintenance, or pest control may occur, with advance notice whenever possible.
