Lovely property

This was an ideal property for our family group of ten, five adults and five children, ranging in age from 5 to18. The house has plenty of room and flexible accommodation. The woodland setting of the house is delightful and the close proximity of a lovely swimming lake a great bonus.

Stockholm paradise

Our family of 10 stayed in this most beautiful property for a week and enjoyed local hikes and views of the Baltic Sea and nearby lake. Close by and easy to access Stockholm, the archipelago and surrounding areas. The owner was delightful to work with and helped make our stay the most comfortable and provided information on everything for a local experience. Highly recommend this beautiful house with charming 2 guest houses and picturesque surrounding neighborhood and we cannot wait to return! Thank you Maria!!

Sehr gemütlich

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus war wunderschön und passend eingerichtet, mit einer hervorragenden Ausstattung, die zu einer sehr angenehmen und gemütlichen Atmosphäre beitrug. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Es befindet sich in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, was die Fahrt ins Zentrum von Stockholm sehr einfach macht. Trotz der Nähe zu den Verkehrsverbindungen liegt das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend, was ein entspanntes und erholsames Ambiente schafft. Entspannung war somit kein Problem, und ich konnte meinen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderbares Anwesen

Tolles, großzügiges Haus mit herrlicher, großer Terrasse in ruhiger Gegend mit Blick in Natur. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Die zwei separaten (bei Sonne sicher warm) Wohneinheiten sind ideal, wenn man mit älteren Jugendlichen, Freunden oder Verwandten reist. Für kleinere Kinder ist das Ganze aber der wahre Traum, da sich auf dem Grundstück auch ein Kletterwand, Seilrutsche, etc. befinden. Auch der See ist gut erreichbar. Ein Auto ist aber im Täglichen auch sonst hilfreich (was an Lage erkennbar ist), da Bushaltestelle in Nähe des Hauses zwar vorhanden, aber mit großer Taktung. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war sehr schnell, nett und hilfreich.

Ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub...

Wir hatten bei Maria eine sehr schöne Zeit. Mit zwei Familien haben wir eine Woche in Maria´s Haus genießen dürfen - eine wirklich tolle Location. Sehr gut gelegen für Trips in das Umland und in die City. Ganz ruhig mit einem tollen kleinen eigenen Wäldchen mit Seilbahn, die die Kinder geliebt haben, und einem direkten Zugang zu einem kleinen Badesee. Wir hatten vorab nicht verstanden, dass es im Haupthaus nur ein Doppelbet und ansonsten nur Hoch-/Etagenbetten für Kinder gibt, womit wir ein bisschen basteln mussten, bis alle einen passenden Platz hatten, aber wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Maria!

Ein schwedischer Traum

Es war einfach traumhaft: die Lage mit dem kleinen Wald, die Feuerstelle, der nahe gelegene Badesee und natürlich das Haus mit den beiden Schlafpavillons. Unsere Kinder waren im Spielparadies. Wir haben die Zeit vergessen. Vielen Dank, Maria und Andreas, für eure wunderbare Gastfreundschaft

Wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause! Ein großartiger Aufenthaltsraum für so viele Leute, wie wir es waren! Stadtnähe perfekt! Lage des Hauses super... Nahe am See und großer Garten mit Spielmöglichkeiten, Lagerfeuerplatz und Grill. Immer wieder gerne!

Vacation in the amazing house by the beautiful Glasbrukssjön

Communication with the host family impeccable. Maria answered always within hours on the same day and was always very nice and helpful. Very helpful with the guide over Stockholm and nearby area. The house(s) itself was SO amazing and beautiful. We stayed a family of 6 and had all the space we needed. The surroundings - the little lake and the forest - is actually indescribable. One have to experience it all! If possible we'll be back another time soon!

Geweldig huis op een mooie goede locatie

Het huis is de perfecte locatie om stockholm te verkennen. Het ligt 15 minuten rijden van het centrum. De eigenaars zijn supervriendelijk! Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad.

Excellent choix

Belle maison spacieuse avec deux annexes chambres pour famille nombreuse. Un lit bébé. Quartier très calme dans la forêt. Excellent accueil de la part de Maria. Bus pour Stockholm avec un ou deux changements. Ravitaillement à 20 MN à pied ou bus mais peu fréquent. Contents de notre séjour. A recommander.

Sejour Maison Modigh

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison familiale de Maria et Andreas. La maison et les cabanes adjacentes forment un ensemble architectural très intéressant. Les espaces entres les divers volumes créent forment des terrasses très agréables. Les zones extérieures et le grand jardin permettent de se reposer,de flâner ou des jouer au foot. En contrebas de la propriété, et en trois minutes seulement on peut accéder à un superbe lac invitant à la baignade.( l'accès au lac est plus aisé par un autre chemin) L'agencement de la maison et le mobilier est très agréable et est fait avec beaucoup de goût et de touches personnelles. On se sent comme chez soi!! La localisation de la maison par rapport à Stockholm est top. Suite aux conseils de Maria, nous avons pu transiter vers Stockholm en bateau.Quel bonheur avec une météo extraordinaire. Maria et Andreas étaient très disponible et nous ont permis de passer de très bonnes vacances en famille. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons un jour! merci à Maria et Andreas et coucou à Ronja et Lina (les deux chats de la maison.)
