CHECK-IN
- All guests are required to provide photo identification to gain access to the property. At check-in, the property will be checked at reception and a Face ID will be issued.
- All guests must wear an identification bracelet. If the bracelet breaks or gets damaged, the guest will have to pay R$10.00 for a new bracelet.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Glass, crockery and sound systems are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 10 kWh. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
