Access to the apartment is by elevator and to the roof by stairs.
The Condominium has a great structure with 24-hour security, reception, wet bar with ice machine, 2 swimming pools (adult and children), sauna and gym.
Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast, which recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized eco-labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is a sustainable tourism combined with the intense preservation of the environment. For this achievement, Praia went through a long pre-requisite process that lasted more than 1 year, ranging from water quality assessment to environmental management.
