What an adorable and comfortable place! I felt safe as a solo female traveler. They were awesome in accommodating breakfast for me to a vegan, gluten-free diet. It's super clean and walkable to a lot of places. My favorite part is Zulema - the hotel dog!

Please exercise some patience, as there are non-English speaking staff but they will try to help you. The rooms are really small. My TV didn't work and as a solo traveler, that was a bit disappointing and the staff couldn't fix it. In addition, I couldn't control the air conditioner with the remote and it's powered by inserting the door entry card into a slot by the front door. Which means, I had to get up throughout the night to turn off the A/C. This area was incredibly noisy during my visit and you must be careful at night. The staff was very nice and I loved the sweet dog! Breakfast was simple. Overall, the price per night matched my experience.

Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso, cafe da manhã muito bem servido e uma doguinha (Zulema) fofa pra companhia no lobby. Tbm fizemos o check out e tinhamos um voo so a noite e foi possível deixar as bagagens guardadas, aproveitar melhor salvador e depois tomar um banho antes de ir pro aero.

Boa estadia, mas precisam melhorar alguns pontos.

A equipe é muito atenciosa e sempre disposta para ajudar no que for preciso. A pousada fica num ponto ótimo da cidade e o café da manhã estava muito bom. Porém, em termo de estrutura, achei que deixou a desejar bastante. O quarto que fiquei estava com pequenas rachaduras no teto, pintura parecia velha (com muitas machas) e o quarto, no geral, estava com aspecto de mal-conservado. Por tudo que vi no site, esperava mais da pousada.

Atendimento muito gentil, café da manhã fantástico; localização perfeita. Mas há necessidade de maior atenção com alguns detalhes, como o ventilador de teto estar por um fio, caindo (não usei; e tinha um split excelente) e a porta do armário estava solta. Voltaria a me hospedar, mas seria importante que mantivessem maior cuidado. Por fim, senti falta de uma mesinha no quarto...

Nossa estadia na Pousada Estrela do Mar foi excelente! Localização perfeita, pertinho do Farol da Barra. Nos sentimos bem seguros ao andar pela vizinhança, mesmo à noite. O atendimento foi impecável do início ao fim. O quarto era bem espaçoso e comportou minha família com conforto. O café da manhã estava satisfatório! Voltaremos com certeza!

Melhor impossível - Recomendo

Fiquei MUITO feliz em ter me hospedado na Estrela do Mar. Sem dúvidas a pousada mais bem localizada de Salvador - á pouquíssimos metros do Farol. Além disso, a Estrela cumpre com tudo que promete: conforto, limpeza, segurança, bom atendimento e recepção 24h. O café da manhã é servido, mas é farto. Enfim, sempre que voltar em Salvador, me hospedarei nessa mesma pousada.

Ótima localização mas quartos pouco arejados

Troquei de quartos algumas vezes por conta do cheiro de mofo e também por não funcionamento de ar-condicionado. A equipe se mostrou disposta o tempo todo para contornar a troca. A localização é muito boa. Café da manhã razoável e equipe noturna poderia ser mais cordeal e flexível.
