Villa 'Con Piscina 429' with Sea View, Private Pool and Air Conditioning

The villa is fully fenced and has remote control access (4) that opens the gate and allows entry of up to 5 cars. It consists of 4 double bedrooms and 4 living dining and kitchen rooms with double (2) and single (2) sofa beds. n.4 bathrooms and 4 refrigerators and 4 washing machines. Sea view and swimming pool with large outdoor areas with outdoor tables and chairs and two convenient barbecues for good grills. The villa is about 1800 mt from the sea and 1200 mt from the town of Torre Pali and is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and only 3000 mt from the famous beaches of the Maldives of Salento.
