🌿 Living Area: A Blend of Tradition and Comfort

Every piece of furniture, from the solid wood panelling to the handcrafted decorative elements, has been chosen to highlight the home’s Mediterranean character. At the heart of the living area is a large dining room featuring:

The fully equipped kitchen features an Ignis refrigerator with a microwave; next to the hob is an air fryer and a coffee machine that uses convenient pods.

From the living area, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic ocean view directly from the spacious outdoor porch, which features a metal dining table: the perfect spot for breakfast with a view, or outdoor lunches and dinners; a lounge area under a pergola adjacent to the porch, with rattan sofas and armchairs. There is a convenient built-in barbecue, an outdoor shower, a sink, and a washing machine. Parking is private and covered, located within the property.

The garden at Villa Dolce Vita is a spacious natural setting characterised by native vegetation and local stone, with nooks designed for total relaxation: centuries-old olive trees and typical Mediterranean scrub provide natural shade, with hammocks, a chair suspended among the trees, and lounge chairs ideal for resting in the shade.

Nestled among the vegetation is the stunning, modern “Playa HYDRO” elevated pool with multidirectional or gentle-flow hydromassage jets, ideal for targeted massages of the back, legs, and lower back to promote muscle relaxation and lymphatic drainage; it is equipped with a silent, built-in pump and filter, RGB LED lights for an evening ambiance, a thermal or rigid safety cover, and an external ladder or steps.

The two rooms have a warm and welcoming atmosphere: one room features a double bed with a light-colored, modern headboard, light cream-colored curtains that let in plenty of natural light, a dark wood chest of drawers and mirror, and a small shelf with a lamp. The other bedroom also has a double bed, a closet, a chest of drawers, a large window overlooking the greenery, and a small shelf with a few decorative items. There is an air conditioner in the common area of the sleeping quarters, capable of quickly cooling the rooms, and all windows are equipped with mosquito screens.

The bathroom is compact but very neat and well-maintained: a dark wood vanity that matches the mirror, a bidet and toilet, a large window that ensures good ventilation, a towel rack, small shelves, and accessories, and a shower with a sliding door.

Villa Dolce Vita is ideally located for exploring the best of Salento: in just a few minutes, you can reach the beaches of Torre Vado and Pescoluse, known as the “Maldives of Salento,” as well as the Torre Vado waterfront with its traditional restaurants, ice cream shops, and evening markets; other nearby seaside towns include Torre Pali, Lido Marini, and Torre San Giovanni, all easily accessible within a few minutes by car. Nearby, there are both organised beach resorts and public beaches for those seeking a more natural or budget-friendly experience.
