BAD MANAGEMENT

The property is great but the management is so bad in nearly ruined the trip. Dishes put away with food still on them (obviously never washed or rinsed) no supplies, no soap, 3 rolls of toilet paper for 10 bathrooms?? Better towels available at Motel 6. The house itself is great and well equipped but the management and cleaning of this place is so cheap. I expected better for over $1,000.00 per night. The property owners should change management companies.

Great week

The house functionality and amenities provided were great. The house is well stocked with every needed and more and there’s entertainment for all ages. Loved the sand playground for the little kids as well as kiddie pool inset. The adults and older kids loved the theater. The only thing that could have been improved on was the cleanliness of the house upon check-in, especially the kitchen. Also the speed in which the pool heat was addressed and fixed could have a been better.

Great house with fun amenities

Great amenities in the house: however, the cleanliness upon arrival was extremely disappointing. It should have been spotless in relation to the price. Then kitchen needs a deep thorough clean, including ovens, cabinets, appliance surfaces, wastebaskets. Too much dust on bedroom furniture. I personally discussed this with Surf and Sound Reality. That being said, it is in a quiet neighborhood with beach access. Views with chairs on balcony, pool, pool table and theater room were big hits for our grandchildren, aged 21 to 8. I loved the dining area where we could all eat together. I had to rate this down from a 5 star due to the cleanliness issue.
