Escape to Off the Wall! Our oceanside 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach box is nestled in the coveted Colony neighborhood in Salvo. This charming retreat is just a quick walk to a pristine beach, offering the perfect base for a relaxing seaside getaway with excellent surfing and fishing!

Comfortable, Stylish Living: A cozy living area with plush seating, a Smart TV and modern amenities ensures relaxation is always at your fingertips.

Restful Sleep: Three beautifully appointed bedrooms each provide a peaceful night's sleep. The master suite features a super cozy Queen bed, an en suite bathroom and a Smart TV, with a workspace. In the second bedroom, you will find a Queen bed and a Smart Tv. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds.

* Linens and bath towels are included in all reservations. *

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals with ease in our kitchen, equipped with all the essentials.

Outdoor living: Sip your morning coffee (or an afternoon cocktail!) and watch the sunset from one of the private decks. Rinse off after a day at the beach with our convenient outdoor shower.

House was clean, nicely furnished, and accommodating. We were able cook with what was at the house and grill was good. We were happy that the grass areas had been mowed for us to walk our two small dogs. That is unusual in the OBX. We bring most of our own towels and linens but theirs were there if needed. We would recommend this house. We also loved the deck areas .

Excellent

The house was as described. Close to beach access. It's set back from the road with only one neighbor so quieter than most houses with no foot traffic by house. The house is excellent as is the owner who provides excellent communication and service up to and including having an item left behind found and shipped back to me. I definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.

End of summer Mom and college kids trip

The location was just what we needed close to town things and beach access. Beach access is public and you should have bug spray for evening time outside it is wooded. The house was super cute and intimate for our small group. Just as described. The kitchen could use a few containers, baking sheets, and pans. But we managed with ziploc bags. We did have some bugs but, if you have been to OBX this time of year you know that’s always a possibility with rainy weather. Take some bug spray and do your best to keep the door shut. The bugs do not say anything about the cleanliness of the house. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Linens were clean. I took some extra towels. Overall we had a great experience and I would definitely book again from this owner and this house.

Good but not great

I just want to start off by saying I did enjoy my stay in the outer banks at this property but there was just a couple of things that I did not appreciate all that well. We were told that the property would be cleaned before our check in, however upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were not properly clean with sand being scattered around the place. underneath all of the beds there was even more sand and dust and even TRASH. There was also ant all over the place, in the living room, in the kitchen and in some of the bed rooms. we also found a DEAD COCKROACH underneath the sink. Lastly there was also I box of dirty towels and sheets left at the house that the cleaning company had to come pick up. Again I did enjoy my stay at the property but due to the cleanliness I don’t believe I’ll be coming back again nor recommending it either

Small but cozy

We stayed for a week with the family. Overall is was a positive stay, wished there was some essentials in the house like additional paper towels, toilet paper, there were no garbage bags, cofee machine filters. Location is perfect, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Beach vacation

Cute little home, very much like the pictures, host was quick to respond when needed. The only issue we had was palmetto bugs that came into the house. The host explained that the house is treated but they still entered the home multiple days during our stay. And an occasional spider or 2 in the bathroom. Otherwise the stay was nice, very close to the beach and the porches were a nice place to hang out as well. Location was about an hour from nags head and about 15 minutes from Avon, not bad for the shenanigans we wanted to do while we were at our stay.

Perfect Beach Cottage

Our family is six had Wonderful stay! The owners thought of everything from kid toys to books for them, to excellent appliances and utensils in the kitchen. comfy outdoor furniture and spacious couches to relax on after a long day on the beach. The kids enjoyed the beach toys, the outdoor shower and their own bunkbed room. There was a quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to the village conery! We cannot wait to come back and stay In the colony again soon!
