30th Anniversary on the beach

My wife and I wanted a beach vacation for our 30th, and our adult children joined us. We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our needs, and the elevator made it possible for my mother-in-law to come along as well. Thanks for a great week!

Know before you go

The house was great! Plenty of room for everyone. Multiple spaces to relax and enjoy the beach. The outdoor space was great as well minus the outdoor tv not having a great picture. The walk to the beach is fine but can be difficult for smaller kids or anyone with mobility issues. You’ll basically have the beach to yourself. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots and pans and lots of appliances but some of the cooking utensils are in rough shape and could use an update. There were some small wear and tear issues with the house like the screen doors not sliding or just not being in place at all. The grease fan on the stove needs a good cleaning.My only real issue with the house is it didnt have some of the simple “necessities” you typically find in a rental home such as extra garbage bags, hand soap in the bathrooms, an extra roll of toilet paper or paper towels, more than one kitchen towel, a sponge and salt and pepper. I get that they don’t need to provide these things just be prepared to spend an extra 50 on supplies or bring them. There is a well stocked dollar general just down the street that comes in really handy.
