“The property was very clean, however there were a lot of little black ants in the kitchen. It is far out away from most big shopping centers but we enjoyed all off tbe local stores. Actually its very pet and family friendly nice beds and I love the way they packaged the towels very clean!!!! Cute house. If you dont mind a little walk to the beach make sure you bring a cart to haul you beach stuff we couldn't rent a golf cart but that is available if youre staying a while I diffauntly recommend……

“We very much enjoyed the house. It was a perfect location and a quiet neighborhood. The house was the perfect size for a small family, and the pool was an added bonus. The host responded quickly and was extremely helpful.”

“House was clean and excellent communication from the beginning to the end.”

“Nice and clean property, easy access to the beach”

“The property is so well organized and makes awesome use of the small space. Has everything you need and is a perfect location. So close to the beach and shops/restaurants within walking distance”

“This condo was beautiful and beachfront! It had everything anyone would ever need :) Awesome decorations and very comfortable! I hope to come back for a longer stay! Great communication with the owner as well!”

“We loved everything about the condo!!! All of the little amenities provided went above and beyond any other places we have stayed in the past! Condo was clean! Very appreciative of the beach equipment provided as well!! Would definitely go back to Tony’s Place ”

“Absolutely loved the stay here. Would love to stay again”

“Truly an exceptional stay. The treetop is exactly as described. It looks out over the treetops and you can sit on the porch and enjoy the birds and sunset. The interior is chic and comfortable - and we slept soundly in the queen bed. Lisa, the hostess, was wonderful and inviting. I would highly recommend the Treetop.”

“Pleasant experience overall. Proximity to shopping was great. We chose to drive down to frisco as the beach was better there for our needs. Would stay here again for the price.”

“Nasty. Room wasn't even made up from last guest. Nothing at all like the pictures. Didn't stay, left within 10 min and didn't get money refunded.”

“The mattress on the bed sucked...other than that it was great ...”

“Cute little cottage. Convenient to everything. If it only had a water view it would be perfect. Lol”

“We highly enjoyed our time here.”

“very nice house clean and comfortable. Small mix up with check in but otherwise very communicative host. My only reason for not 5 stars would be that there was a loose dog on property that would come up to our door often driving my dogs crazy as they do not like strange dogs which also made walking our dogs difficult as we were always trying to avoid contact to make sure no fights occurred.”

“La maison est très équipée avec tout ce qu'on peut avoir besoin et en plus tout est neuf! Yee était très rapide à répondre à nos questions. La maison est à moins de 5 minutes de marche de la plage, et il y a même chaises de plage de fournies. Le seul bémol est que la maison est près de la route principal, donc sur le balcon, c'est un peu bruyant, mais on s'y attendait, c'est normal compte tenu de l'emplacement. C'était vraiment parfait, je vous recommande.”
