“The house is advertised as the best handicapped house in the OBX. We concur this is absolutely correct. The ramp up to the main living floor was very convenient for unloading your vehicle. Everything on the main living floor was accessible including the dock. The location is next to Hatteras Watersports where jet skis and kayaks were available for rent - very convenient! The owners were very responsive to any needs/concerns. For sure, the house rates a 5 star! We look forward to going back!”

“Great location, enjoyed the house all around. Few minor issues with pool not getting warm till Thursday for swimming. General maintenance on outside cut grass trim trees and bushes. The cleaners did t do a very gd job of sweeping and putting fresh rolls toilet paper and paper towels out like was described as starter pack. But Wld definitely stay there again. “Enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, clean, and completely as advertised. Tony was great to work with and had provided everything we could possibly want or need.”

“This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us.”

“Overall this was a nice trip. The access to the beach has changed however and is a bit farther than listed. Our parents had a hard time due to to walking. The house itself was great. Overall we all had a fun time.”
