“I had to contact the hosts to get the key code and access arrangements, as up until mid afternoon the day before, I had not heard anything. Although the wifi code and password was included in the message with the key code, when we arrived at Coneygree I could not access my messages because there was no wifi. “Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot.”

“I booked this property for a 3 generation family celebration. We were warmly welcomed and shown round on arrival. The property was clean and warm and the beds were very comfortable. All bedrooms but the twin were en suite and there was a family bathroom upstairs with a bath. An early problem with a travel cot was sorted quickly and efficiently. Location was great with many family friendly attractions close by. The communal room - kitchen/ dining/ living room - was small for a large group who……

“Lovely clean and modern apartment, with basic cooking facilities and air conditioning. Self check-in was very well communicated and there was free parking on site. We had a minor issue which was resolved quickly. All in all very good value and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”

Wir konnten sogar unsere 5 Freunde empfangen. 3 schöne Schlafzimmer oben und ein Bad mit Dusche. Für Hunde wurde auch Futter bereitgestellt. Wir wurden mit frischer Milch und Müsli empfangen. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt an der Haustür vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hätte uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Sehr gerne buchen wir das Cottage wieder.”

“Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”
