"Absolutely brilliant. Clean, quiet rooms, staff were all fantastic, comfy beds, nice bathroom, excellent breakfast included. I've paid a lot more for a lot worse, would give it more stars if I could! Oh, and it was close to everywhere I needed to be!"

"Lovely property for a night or two stay. Staff were very nice. I had 2 drinks at the bar. One at night which was calm and quiet & relaxing on my own. Then complimentary coffee in the lobby once again really nice and relaxing. I slept fairly well and felt safe on my own. Bathroom had hair on the sink but wasn’t enough to complain as the rest was very clean. Walls could do with a referb as stains were on the wall. But overall a lovely hotel and having lovely reception staff and accommodating staff helps your stay a lot better especially as I needed to be at the Queen Elizabeth hospital at this sad time. Thanks to the lovely reception lady that took care of my coffee & made sure my directions back to the hospital was easy. Unfortunately I did not get her name. "

"Location is excellent, short walk from the New Street Station and near many bars and restaurants. Also a lovely 10 minute walk from the Utilita arena along the canals past more bars and restaurants. Room was nice and breakfast was good. Great views from the restaurant. Had bottles of water in the room and tea/coffee making facilities. Along with iron and hairdryer. Would definitely return again if going to the Utilita."

"Bed was a little hard for me but that is personal preference. Staff very friendly. Good food served very quickly via room service. Everything you need for a lovely stay away from home"
