Wonderful hotel… friendly staff & good value for money. Good sized spacious rooms with comfy bed, sofa, separate toilet & bathroom; I would recommend choosing their breakfast option… very plush dining & bar area; if visiting by car, book your space; very convenient location within easy walking distance of parade of diverse cuisine restaurants. Highly recommended- Gaurang

The hotel was perfect, staff seemed friendly and helpful. Just a shame about the surrounding area as seemed a little noisy, as has night clubs near by.

I was placed in room 307 very swiftly by a lovely member of staff. This room had the windows open when I arrived and was noisy. I went out for dinner with a friend, came back and fell asleep as I was exhausted. I woke at 4am as it was so hot in the room. I looked at the a/c and it was set to zero. I then called the front desk who told me it was the whole building and nothing would be done until the morning. They didn't ask my name or room number and when I raised this, they hung up the phone. I then had a cold shower and had to sleep with the windows open - it's a very busy/noisy area and I had a very poor sleep.

No room service after 11pm
I work late when travelling so it's really important to me that I stay in places that have 24 hour room service. According to the listing this hotel had 24 hour room service. When I arrived, they only did crisps, peanuts and pretzels after 11pm. So I feel I was misled into staying there.
