"The room and reception were wonderful, and the staff provided excellent, hospitable service. However, the shuttle bus service from Yugawara Station was very disappointing. I waited for 15 minutes at the instructed location, but the bus never stopped. It drove through the rotary so quickly that I didn't even see it coming and had no chance to board. A tip for future guests: To avoid this issue, I highly recommend calling the hotel on your travel day to reconfirm the exact shuttle pickup time...

The staff was very friendly and great. Check in and check out was fast. We were happy with the proximity to the train station we had no problem walking with our suitcases.
