“It's the biggest room I had ever lived in Japan. Separate living room, bed, 2 toilets and 1 Tub room. All my family are comfortable here. meals are also good. we have dinner and breakfast, both are taste good. ”

“整體服務及房間都可以，但早餐太簡單，缺乏選擇。第二晚住宿後，過了上午7:15餐廳才開門，而且還未準備好，沒有食物之餘，連飲品機也不能運作，本人又趕時間退房離開，最終未能享用早餐。”

“離來宮車站很近，但是因為有坡度，還是建議搭計程車進入飯店(約700日圓)，(若到熱海，站比較大，約1100日圓)，飯店人員超nice!一進門行李就被提走，因為是女生而且手提，害我們超不好意思，但是她仍然堅持要提，房間就跟照片一樣舒適，很有日式的感覺!重點是頂樓的露天溫泉!雖然很冷，但一泡進去之後就暖呼呼，還可以眺望海景，搭配下小雪，超浪漫!搭配一泊二食，晚餐每道都很精緻，都市生活且趕上班吃三餐都很趕，在那裏一道道享受、品嘗，吃了1.5hr，整個愜意放鬆!真的很值得去”
