「Check in 手續時間太長，手續比較繁複」

「The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. 」

「I checked out and then headed off to tokyo, only to realized after i arrived at tokyo that i forgot my backpack near the stairs of the building. forgot it while i was moving other luggage. called our host and she immediately helped find my backpack and contacted me within a few minutes after she found it. super helpful. 」

「we would prefer to have been able to communicate with any staff or owner prior to getting there. the house was beautiful, complete kitchen. very clean. the rooms were enough for us. the living room was a plus, allowed us to talk and bond, better if there were two showers, one shower for a family of 9 was rather difficult.」

「テレビ(地上波)が見れないのは不満です。 冷蔵庫やキッチンに前の宿泊者の残した食品、飲み物が置かれていた。不衛生なので撤去してほしい。」

「My husband, daughter and I came to Japan to visit with family, but hotel rooms here are tiny so we opted to rent a home. Casa Yoshihiro has an interesting floor plan and is fun for kids; also the high ceilings are nice for tall people. There are a lot of stairs though, so maybe not suitable for the elderly.. but the location is convenient and the host is very responsive :)」

「A place not suitable for visitors without a car. The road is steep and another route needs to walk on stairs. One even has to prepare the tatami by oneself. Will not recommend 」

「親子三代の家族旅行で利用しました 温泉とサウナは最高でした 調理器具やアメニティなどにもこだわりを感じる素敵な宿でした エアコン操作がうまく出来ず、少し寒かったのが残念でした もう少し布団が欲しかったです また利用したいと思える宿でした ありがとうございました」
