“It is a great-design modern hotel, excellent staff, wonderful onsen. Only concern may be the shuttle bus is exclusive to their clients booking directly from their web. The staff helped me to reserve taxi, so no problem at all. The dinner is surprisingly remarkable.”

“Dinner is impeccably delicious! I also loved the white sesame paste I had for dessert in breakfast time”

“Clean and well maintained. Excellent buffet!”

“We couldn’t check in when we talked to the first staff though the hotel on line system in the front desk despite we had filled in all our information prior our arrival. The staff also said that we shouldn’t contact him too. It took us more than 20min to deal with the first staff. We tried to check in again by contacting another staff through the front desk system and it took me less than 2minutes to complete the whole process.”

“The view is superb, the experience is great.”

“the smell of smoke is too strong, even it may be left there many years ago. The 1st floor sauna was not so clean.”

“Great staffs, nice amenities and services. The only problem is the restaurant. Inferior arrangements for dinner and breakfast. Highly inappropriate for a traditional hot spa hotel restaurant .”

“Probably the nicest hotel stay we had in Japan. The in room dinner and breakfast, private onsen, and attentive staff made this stay worth it. 10/10 would go back again.”
