The staff is so nice.

Location is convenient and hotel is clean

Staff are friendly and nice. Food qualiry is good and in-room dining experience is fantastic. Will definitely visit again for sure!

The environment and room design is excellent and make people feel very relaxing. The buffet dinner is reasonably priced with various choices and good quality. It’s really a great decision to stay one night in this hotel to allow sufficient time to do shopping and enjoy the tranquility of the environment and the onsen, it’s a great experience!

Very nice hotel with everything, but lack of convenient store around
