"We were absolutely blown away by this wonderful hotel. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but this one was by far our favorite. The service and food were exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly professional. Our time in Atami couldn’t have been better!"
"The experience was absolutely great. Food, room and service -- No better words to describe except for the fact that one should experience Komeya on his or her own. I highly recommend this hotel."

Atami Korakuen Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"A good place to stay and relax. Only down side is that there are some communication barriers since I don't speak Japanese and the staff doesn't really speak English, but they did try their best to communicate with you, things like prepared cards and using translation app on their cell phone."
"This was simply one of the best accommodation choices I have made in years! My room was large, bright and clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. There was a balcony with a beautiful view of the coast. The manager was very polite, enthusiastic and friendly. He showed how much he values his guests. I had selected a breakfast option before arriving and had delicious local food brought to my room in the morning. Drinks, pool and onsen are all provided in this hotel. I informed the manager that I will definitely be back and he seemed to be pleased.
The village of Usami is lovely and quiet during the week. There are very few shops but the large town of Atami is a short but scenic train journey away (2 trains per hour). "
"Purchase the dinner and breakfast—excellent buffets and beautiful dining room. Hotel has extraordinary ocean view. No need to leave the property as it has 3 onsens, restaurants, and activities."
