“Hotel facilities and staff attitude were spotless”

“the smell of smoke is too strong, even it may be left there many years ago. The 1st floor sauna was not so clean.”

“We couldn’t check in when we talked to the first staff though the hotel on line system in the front desk despite we had filled in all our information prior our arrival. The staff also said that we shouldn’t contact him too. It took us more than 20min to deal with the first staff. We tried to check in again by contacting another staff through the front desk system and it took me less than 2minutes to complete the whole process.”

“The view is superb, the experience is great.”

“perfect time!! excellent services.”

“I stayed at the hotel for 1 night with my friends. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel is located near JR station within 5 mins walk. The shower and toilet are separated which is convenient for friend travel together. The beds are super comfortable! The only shortcoming is only 1 bottle water is provided when checking in. The breakfast is limited. All in all, Staying here means you can enjoy the time in Atami for sure. The great designed hotel is new furbished and clean. Highly……

“We are a family of four and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. If you have a rental car, it’s easy to drive to restaurants and close to the outlet. All rooms face the mountain so if you are there at the perfect time of the day, you will have the full view of the mountain. Facilities were small but good and clean.”
