The location is excellent, being in a fairly quiet area but equal distance (5-10 minute walk) to Ueno, Okachmachi and Inaricho stations, and easy access to multiple different train lines to get to a lot of Tokyo areas easily. Ueno park an accessible walk as well. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within a couple of blocks too. Laundry facilities in room was a bonus too.
