Receptionist was nice and welcoming and gave us the whole run down of our apartment. Very clean and spacious room. Great amenities! Loved having a washer and dryer in the room.

Perfect for a family! Clean, quiet, accommodating, great location, friendly staff — felt like we were in our own apartment for the week. Had just enough things we needed — we opted for a larger room with separate bedroom. Having our own washer meant bringing less clothes. Very close to convenient stores, supermarket, restaurants, etc.

Room was nice and cozy. Staff was lovely. She made recommendations on the restaurants and even called the restaurants to make recommendations. The hotel and the most amazing onsen with Mt Fuji view. Definitely check it out!
