"Unfriendly office staff... not at all welcoming. Exposed wire on power strip was a fire hazard. Hard bed with extra large neck-breaking pillows. Rolled up a towel for a pillow instead. Worst of all… bugs and ants! Lots and lots of ants! Booked for three nights… wanted to leave immediately. Checked out after first night… On a positive note, Seven Eleven on first floor of building was convenient. Security guard was pleasant (much more so than office staff). Easy access to beach. "

"We spent two amazing weeks at Cam and Serge's villa during Christmas. The house was actually better than the pictures showed – it's full of love and style, with beautiful decorations everywhere. It's also super clean, equipped with all modern amenities you can think of, and very well taken care of. "장점으로는 시설이 깔끔하고 관리자와 소통이 매우 좋습니다. 바베큐나 음식을 주문할수있는데 본인이 바베큐는 직접 숯을 피워 조리해야합니다. 소개된 사진과 빌라 구조상 약간 다른부분이 존재합니다. 아마도 단지 않에 여러 빌라 중 빈 빌라를 렌트해주는 것이라 그럴거라 생각됩니다. 화장실 여러곳 중 한곳에 급속 가열 온수기가 작동하지 않아서 샤워시에 뜨거운 물을 사용하지 못했습니다. 전반적으로 시설이 보기에는 괜찮으나 자재의 퀄리티를 중요하게 여기는 사람이면 아쉬울수도 있을것 같습니다. 풀의 사이즈는 적당하나 깊이가 깊어 (1.3m가량) 아이들은 튜브가 필요합니다."

"An exceptional stay just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of local shops and the mall. The property offers impressive amenities including a beautiful pool, delicious breakfast, and prompt room service. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the value at under 100 dollars per night cannot be beat. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return on my next trip."

"All the staff was great! Absolutely wonderful! Dew at the front desk was excellent. All the staff were super friendly. The breakfast room staff and manager were excellent. The staff at the back restaurant and beach/pool area were wonderful. This is the way a hotel should be run. The cleaning staff too were beyond excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There’s plenty to choose from, and something for everyone. Coffee machines, fruit juices, teas, and even hot chocolate. The yoghurt was great! The folks manning the omelet station were perfect! There was nothing not to love about this hotel. They have a children’s pool just outside the large lobby. Slides into the water for the kiddies. All the kiddies loved the pool and were out there all day long. It was fun to watch them. The view from our balcony room was wonderful. The room was super clean. There’s a lockbox in the room for your valuables. They have a really nice exercise room with all you need for a quick workout. Grab taxis come right to the front door to pick you up and drop you off. The food at the hotel restaurant out back was great. Excellent fruit shakes and smoothies. Lounge chairs overlooking the beach. This was a really great hotel that we thoroughly enjoyed, and we will certainly return. "

"I found the staff to be overly accommodating, courteous and professional. Although I only sampled from the cafe and external bar area, what I did consume was photo worthy and very tasty. Toast with avocado and salmon and dill, divine. A mocha and two types of smoothies, excellent. Room was open and airy and full of light and with a good view to the West. Neighbors were not noisy, but it did seem like the walls could be insulated more to avoid noise crossover. Overall, for what was provided vs. the price, I would definitely recommend. Khao Takiab area itself is wonderful."
