If going, go with the mentality to comprehend that the resort is old. They do need to renovate everything. The food is very basic and they tend to put the same food day after day if not consumed. They cook with a lot of oil. The key cards are constantly not working, so prepare to go often to the lobby to have it fixed. They are clean for the most part and the staff is nice and fun.

The resort was nice family friendly the food was really good! Two things though the rooms need serious updating and the staff service was inconsistent some were nice some really didn’t want to be there. Overall we enjoyed it we went with our two kids a 4 year old and 8 month old and they had a great time my 4 year old really loved it they had an adorable water park and kiddie pool right next to the adult pool so it made it very easy for everyone to have a good time the beach was wonderful as well!!! And again the food was overall really good especially the restaurants. I would say the rules were a bit annoying for the buffet it was hard to get used to the scheduling. They had a snack bar for in between and I would say that was the knot downer. So make sure to eat at the buffet in the time allotted for each meal 👍 and try to book restaurants as soon as you arrive they are incredible

It was amazing the place...Great staff, great entertainment group and overall a great place.....the place is not to big, not to small..Just right...the vibes were good for all.parties.. The Buffet was good One thing possible to fix, were the la carte restaurants..Although the cuts of meats were ok, I feel they can do better. But the Italian restaurant was great.

I really liked the food, quite good with a lot of merchandise imported from Spain. The cleanliness is also quite good. The pool is very small for so many people. The good thing is that there are beaches very close to the Hotel with calm, crystal-clear waters that are beautiful, like Playa del Limon and, above all, Playa Moron, a paradise.
