This two bedroom first floor condo is in a gated community built in 2017. It is fully furnished and waiting for you to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.
-The patio includes an alfresco dining table and lounge seating for 6.
-The kitchen has an island with 4 stools, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, blender, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room has a large L-shaped sofa and a Netflix ready tv.
There are two ensuite bedrooms with king size beds plus a powder room in the lounge area. Housekeeping is included in the rental price. Each bathroom incudes a hairdryer.
There are air conditioners in both bedrooms and the living room.
A washer & dryer machine is at your full disposal for your laundry convenience.
The Playa Bonita Residences includes a fresh water pool and club house only a couple minutes from the condo.
Along the beach, there are several restaurants at the west end of the beach that you can walk to in less than 10 minutes. The town of Las Terrenas is only 10 minutes away by car and offers many shops and outdoor seating restaurants along the coast line.
