This apartment offers 2 people enough space to relax. On the private terrace (sea view!) you reach the apartment entrance. The kitchen is integrated to the dining area. A sofa corner invites you to stay on. The bedroom is next door to the bathroom and balcony. Overall, you live here on 45sqm.
With our holiday home we have paid attention to a European standard.
The house offers 7 fully equipped apartments in a quiet but central location. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, TV, balcony and/or terrace. The bedrooms are equipped with air condition and powerful fans.
Of course, we provide a basic equipment like sheets and towels, soap, toilet paper, dishwashing and cleaning products. Beach towels must be brought. The pool in the garden can be used by all guests from 11 am to 6 pm.
On request, washing machine, travel cot or baby seat can be used.

Besides whale watching, lite surfing, fantastic divespots the peninsula is above all famous famous for its wonderful nature. Here you find the most beautiful beaches of the Dominican Republic (El Rincon, El Valle, La Playita), stunning nature in Los Haitises National Park and impressive waterfalls in El Limon. The capital of the peninsula is Santa Barbara. Despite many bars and restaurants, you can still find the original Caribbean here: noisy markets and lonely beaches as well as domino players and bachata music. Traditionally Samaná is a place for dropouts and life artists. It has so far been particular popular with tourists travelling independently. People on short breaks quickly feel at home, due to the good infrastructure, but coach potatoes are rather wrong here.

We are a young patch-work family that is at home both in Cologne as well as in Samaná. Not long ago we built a house in Samaná to spend our holidays there and which should serve us as a retirement home. Therefore, we attached great importance to European standard for construction and equipment. The house means a lot to us. We feel comfortable there and hope that our guests will love the place, too.
As a couple with gastronomic background we are very happy be your host and try to respond to any individual requests. It is important to us that our guests feel at home and treat the place respectfully.
