“Quite frankly, at the initial phase of this reservation,I was somewhat disappointed with hotels.com. In the past the reservation was straight forward,no issues nor dealing with the management of the property. However Hans,the property manager was very professional and informative allowing me to relax. The place is immaculate and the vegetation surrounding was just breathtaking. “Love this place. It may seem small but it has everything it needs!! Fully surrounded by trees and nature, and there’s even a little river close by. There is hot water, and also an included breakfast, loved this since I didn’t have to worry about waking up and trying to come up with something to eat. If he food was really good. “We had a wonderful time visiting Samana and surrounding areas to celebrate recently getting married and an upcoming milestone bday for my husband. We loved the location and the house! The host was very responsive and we communicated for over a month on details leading up to the trip. She even helped me arrange a cake delivery as a surprise for my hubby. “The villa was very comfortable and fit our family needs. The beach across the street was great for our grandchildren for swimming and snorkeling. Even our 6 year old granddaughter was able to enjoy swimming in the calm water. Francheska was great at answering all our questions with prompt responses.
