“Building was clean and comfortable with a/c in each bedroom. Pool was great. Staff were friendly. Good location.
Some minor maintenance things like loose cabinet handles but nothing of consequence.
Cookware in the kitchen was mostly functional but needs replacing.
FYI - The family suites are not beach front. It’s a 5 minute walk to the other Residencias property that is on the beach. The pictures and listing description are not as explicit as about that as they should be.”
