"Tremendous charming little hotel, located in the heart of the old town, it delivered on everything I expected for the very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, as were everyone in Cagliari! Breakfast was basic but enough for me, some toast and jam, croissants, good coffee and orange juice. Room was spacious enough and well equipped with a desk and wardrobe, space to put your bag etc. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was decent, low ceiling and needed some basic maintenance but more than adequate. "

"Novel concept on water but stationary. Some rocking of boat due to weather. Exterior had been damaged in storm the day before. Cozy small space but fine for a couple. Nice touch with excellent breakfast basket. Not much of a view - big window opens facing dock and shore. Came in winter so mostly kept things closed up and heat on. Experience would surely be different in summer. Stayed twice in different units. First was with bunk bed, and top bunk was awkward for adult getting in and out on small ladder. Second had pull out double bed that would have obstructed bathroom access. So didn't pull it out, slept one on sofa instead which worked well very comfortable. Considering small space a reduction of clutter (small decorations) would be advisable. Little plants decorations etc just get in the way. The pictures in the bathroom might be replaced for badly needed towel hooks. Access to dock is locked so have to yell through fence to office boat. Or call if you have phone service. The check in instructions are not clear from the platform. The contact method is not specified. the office location is not apparent, the entrance gate to the office is securely locked (which is ok however, not accessible to get to the office) even for repeat customers. Some marina and dog walking noises at night and excessive noise throughout the night by the late light partiers. White noise is recommended during summer nights. "
