「Bed skirt had stains??? that looked like bodily fluid or food. Cob webs on the wall and ceiling. Towels had a strange smell I will not stay again」

「The room was clean with plenty of towels and pillows. Every thing was super clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was ok. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower pressure.」

「The rooms were clean but dark inside. Could have used brighter lamps or any overhead light in the main area of the room. The rooms seem a little worn and not that inviting. The price was appropriate for what was offered, and the view of the foothills was very nice. The room and surrounding areas were very quiet so it was easy to rest and sleep comfortably. The staff was nice but abrupt. I would stay there again. Thank you!」

「The pool's not working. There is no breakfast even though on the app it says there is breakfast provided there's tea and coffee 24 hours. There was no shower curtain in our room. The heat lamp bulb was missing even though it turned on. The door in the bathroom was completely tore up like a dog had been in there. To me it was still worth it because the price of the hotel for $62 I thought was good」

「Absolutely loved Hotel Leo - would recommend if you’re visiting and want to explore downtown Bellingham. Excellent staff and restaurant. Only small issue was the laundry app, but staff was amazing at helping to resolve. Will book when visiting Bellingham again.」

「This hotel ended up charging me 3 times the total cost. I am in a credit card dispute because the property manager refused to work with me and dismiss the fraudulent charges. Originally, I was charged 4 times the total cost and only one fraudulent charge was returned. I went to the staff every morning that I was there and they assured me the charges would "fall off" because they were initially "pending." The charges did not "fall off" and it has required me to go through a lengthy process to get...

「Quaint older Lodge style. Our room was large with small kitchenette. Minimal shampoo and soap. Plenty horizontal surface area for toiletries and luggage. Glad to have a sofa, but it had some age on it. Breakfast minimal.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful with things to do around town. The location was also great. You can walk to anywhere in town. Beautiful Hotel and Town!」
