「Carlos was very welcoming. Check in was easy. The home was clean & spacious in all the bedroom & bathrooms. Very comfortable beds (didn't want to get out of bed). All the amenities worked just fine. It was very quiet even with shops were near by. I would definitely rent this property again.」

It was close to many grocery stores and a short drive away from the mall. The house was everything we expected and true to the listing. It was clean. There was more than enough bedding provided. The check in and check out processes were uncomplicated and stress free. 」

「We stayed for one night on our way to somewhere else. The house was close to I95, clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host sent the checkin instructions in advance and we had not issues getting into the house with the provided code. There was a coffee maker with coffee pods and snacks. The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit more cutlery (we found 3 forks and 3 spoons) and a couple more stainless steel pots (there was just a small one).」

「Persimmon Grove is a spacious and comfortable home with great amenities. We enjoyed a nicely furnished kitchen and dinning area with lots of room to gather. The bedrooms are so inviting and cozy. The bathrooms were so clean and the showers were also nice. Although we didn't use the backyard due to unusually cold weather the back yard is beautiful and private. The neighborhood is clean and close to many restaurants and shopping. Persimmon Grove is great place to stay and we hope to return to it...

"As someone who travels extensively and stays in all types of hotels, from luxury to budget, I found the complete lack of basic professional courtesy from the front desk staff quite surprising. There were no smiles, and basic polite words like "thank you" or "please" were absent. While my expectations for facilities, cleanliness, and Wi-Fi are aligned with the hotel's price and star rating, this fundamental lapse in service was genuinely disappointing and regrettable. This was, frankly, the first time in my very extensive travel history that I've encountered such a consistently cold reception."
