Called the office I said you have a party going on in the back they said I don't have a party going on anywhere and hung up on me. Call back again and they hung up on me again. 「This historic B&B has such charm, especially when you enter the building. It is in the country, and the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. It is located about a 10 minute drive to New Hope. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of issues in our room and they were taken care of within minutes of informing them. If the B&B isn’t busy, you can park close to the building, otherwise, the parking is up an incline and away from the building. 」

「Everything was excellent from check-in to checkout and in between. The room was wonderfully comfortable and quiet except the young people coming in very loudly at 12am, but hard to control that. The coffee station in the hallway outside the room was a nice touch. Only real miss is no breakfast offering, even a basic one? Instead, we were offered a list of coffee shops on the street with no real information and that doesn't seem in keeping with the caliber of the accommodation. 」

It's right on the Delaware River. Great views. Nice bar in on site. Nice little breakfast in the morning is included」
