"This place is a scam, no less. I’ve been booking with hotels.com for many years and I never had to experience something this terrible. It looks good and clean from the pictures online but don’t let this fool you. As soon as we got in there was awful smell. "We had an amazing stay at Nattivo Collection Hotel in San Andrés! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed or answer any questions. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The location is another huge plus. It's within walking distance of the beautiful beaches, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, making it easy to enjoy everything San Andrés has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend Nattivo Collection Hotel to anyone visiting the island. We look forward to coming back!"
