Beautiful condo, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, in premier location of the island, Punta Hansa. Spacious balcony with ocean view. Up to 8 people. Hot water. Reliable Wi-Fi. Kitchen. Washer and dryer. Pool. Parking. Close to everything: beaches, el Centro, la Zona Rosa, the shopping and commercial district, restaurants, and nightlife. Close to tours to el Acuario and to Johnny Cay. Super!

Superbe condo et très bien situé. À 5 minutes seulement de la plage Spratt Bight. Près de tout, épicerie, restaurants. Une belle grande terrasse, lits confortables, espace de vie de grandes dimensions. Quand nous sommes arrivés, l’appartement était très propre et ça sentait très bon. La communication était facile avec l’hôte et la personne responsable sur place. J’y retournerais assurément!

We will rent here again

There are a limited number of short-term rentals in San Andre’s. We will probably rent this same property next year. Overall, we were very satisfied. Apartment could stand a little (not much) TLC with some low cost fixes. Property manager, who was extremely helpful, assured me she would initiate those repairs. Apartment is on a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the beach. No need to rent a car and parking would be a problem anyway. The pool was clean and very nice but older. The pool area is in the shade most of the day.

Ants, wáter fountain bad, AND more

They sell it like you have am océan View, but chances of that Is low if you have your hotel View on floors 1-3.. there was also alot of ants. And the wáter fountain kept leaking

Generalizando nuestra estadía fue maravillosa , la propiedad cumplió con nuestra expectativas. La administradora la señora Mónica muy amable y cooperativa con todo ,una anécdota del buen servicio es que en un transporte mi pasaporte lo dejé caer sin darme cuenta y cuando le comuniqué ella enseguida me lo recupero y me lo trajo de vuelta mil gracias por su amabilidad.. El lugar muy céntrico ,cerca de playas,comercios y restaurantes. Sin dudas en otras vacaciones nos quedaríamos en el mismo apartamento .. muchas gracias por todo ..
