"The reality is that the place is nothing like it looks in the photos . We arrived at 3:45 PM, as check-in was at 3 PM like everywhere else, but it wasn't available yet because they were "cleaning"—that wasn't the problem. The problem was that the place still smelled terrible, like an old, dirty mop.
