The front desk clerk had meth paraphernalia on the desk, there was mold on the ceiling, the room door lock didn’t work, the rooms had been smoked in, they hadn’t really been cleaned, the pillow had bodily fluid stains, and there was a huge lump under the mattress…that turned out to be a massive homemade sex toy. I wish I were joking

The advertisment of this property was a total lie. The room was so filthy that we chose not to stay at all. The receptionist looked like even she would not stay there. I requested a full refund and was told that it would take 7 to 10 days...we will see.

Horrible staff unhelpful and admitted that the tv doesn’t work and had a “trick” for how to make it “better”. The whole room was filled with roaches and flies. The beds and couches were stained with god knows what, though some stains were red. There is no breakfast and I found multiple cigarette butts in a non smoking room. I don’t know how to rate the pet friendliness but I wouldn’t even bring my pet to that pigsty. I wish I could rate lower. Do not come here please.
