「Clean and quiet」

「I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins. 「Upon arrival, it was unclear where to park and check in. We waited for staff to arrive due to a mix up on arrival date.Not sure where this confusion came from. Room was dated, musty. The shower door was jammed and unable to open. There was nobody on property to contact although there was a person we could call. She was helpful but filling in for regular staff.
