「Our three pups are our family, and it is often hard to find accommodations that do not have restrictions around number of pets allowed or weight limits. We were lucky enough to find the Kimpton Santo as our home needed time-sensitive renovations, which took care of the most stressful part- wondering where our pups would stay. Not only were our fluffy kiddos allowed, they were greeted with joy and a promise to make sure they are just as comfy as we are. I cannot say enough about how accommodating...
「The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.」
「This house is actually split into 2 . A front house rental and a back house rental. When we arrived, we thought there were residents in the back rental, until someone started to walk up on the front porch and attempt use a code to access our portion of the rental. There was no indication on how the back house could be accessed. It was cleared up quickly, but the gentleman was not aware of the second access location. The neighbors down the street got into a drunken fight at 3am and we could hear...
「Loved our stay! Attended a concert at The Aztec Theatre, which is directly across the street so, for the purpose of our visit, the location was perfect. Our room was super clean, the bed was comfortable. The 3rd floor bar as well as the restaurant have great atmosphere & are on the river walk. Very pleased & will return next time we need to stay in downtown San Antonio. 」
