Stay was not as advertised. Whirl pools were stated to be indoors, I called to be sure they were going to be opened and was told each time yes they would be. Come to find out there was no indoor whirlpools at the property. Was told they would have a gift ready and available for husband's birthday and they brought us some old cans of beer, look like was from some old guests that stayed before. The bathroom and shower smelled, thankfully i always bring my own cleaning supplies, i had to clean it to make suitable. We were turned away from pool 30 mins early at 9:30pm, closed at 10. And then everything was closed all weekend due to inclement weather however, they called my cell phone and room phone over and over again to participate in a resort tour so that they can make commission off of us and seemed to get upset when declined. That was still goin on however everything else such as all amenities were shut down. Stay was a waste of money, would not recommend. I booked there because everything was supposed to be indoors but it was not, the weather was not even that bad for them to shut everything down as they did.

Very nice place to stay. We enjoyed the lazy river late afternoon and sitting by the fire in the evenings. Room was clean and suited our needs. Make sure to ask to see your room charge slip prior to checking out. Someone charged food/drink to our room. Overall, nice place and great location.

Great place. The room was wonderful, comfortable, clean. The bed was very comfortable which I’m very picky about. The steam was the best part. The pool was heated. I wasn’t able to enjoy all the grounds has to offer due to freezing weather. But was able to get into the pool because it was nice and warm. Will definitely stay again.

Although it was cold and breakfast was canceled, and some activities were canceled, it was a really nice room. It was warm, the power did not go out during the Arctic blast freeze. We had a great time. The kitchen was equipped with what I needed to make dinner for my family. The pool was warm even though it was 20° outside. They’re beautiful trails and deer everywhere, and we felt safe.

The hot water didn’t work for the bathtub. And they really let you know they wanted you to start the dishwasher, take a the sheets and blankets off, and take trash out etc. not what I want to do on my vacation.

Our first trip to San Antonio, Texas, to attend our great-grandson’s Air Force graduation, we stayed at the Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch. Our stay was outstanding; all staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better 5 day visit. Thank you for all you do.

This ranch is awesome, even at 45 degrees we managed to get in the pool as it is temperature controlled, also the bonfire pits, minigolf and arcade are activities you can do when it is cold outside. The room itself is big enough to hang in there all day. Will definitely comeback and would definitely recommend to f&f.

Theres construction happening on the property. From what I remember there was nothing on expedia to indicate this. When we got there, they put us in a room that was directly next to the construction. I went to my sons BMT graduation where we have to get up very early, got back to the room at before noon to take a nap and nothing but banging and loud noises. Looked out the window and nothing but ugly pallets of their materials blocking the view. Scaffolding all over the place. I called and they offered me restaurant credit or a room change. When we changed rooms, the new room was missing the murphy bed and only had a sofa pullout. We had to rearrange our sleeping. Sofa pullout is uncomfortable… just sleep on the sofa it is softer. My party consisted of 3. Myself, my ex-husband, and our second child. We’re doing the co-parent thing on this trip to show support for our oldest son but we need privacy because ain't no funny business. Seriously. The bathroom had the toilet encased in a glass box you can literally see through, which seemed pointless. I just didnt have the strength to complain again. Just wont stay there again. Id like my money back honestly, but I dont feel like being on the phone for hours explaining this. Just wanna get back to my life. Need a vacation from this vacation.

The staff was amazing. Even in the winter the grounds were beautiful. Spotted deer roaming the parking lots and woods. Used the hot tubs, pool and lazy river. All were wonderful.

The hot tub by the steam and sauna was broken. The sauna was broken. No hot water in the showers by the pool. No golf carts before 8am. Had to walk with my luggage from persimmons to the lobby. Needs a refresh in the rooms. Sink clogged. Would be nice to have some complimentary water. Had to call to get robes.

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Lots of amenities like a putting green & lots of nighttime lights. Loved the several Fire Pits. Enjoyed the whole place...Steam room was awesome too & we were surprised how long the water slides stayed open...NICE !!

The front desk staff was unfriendly. I think her name was manisha. She appeared rude and was whistling while during check in. I felt she was unfriendly and insulting. But another lady where we went to her parking pass was extremely friendly.
