The space
Quality touches throughout.
The yard is organic and you'll see many butterflies, birds and squirrels. We try to use quality green-friendly cleaners with no chemically scented air fresheners used. Instead we use a diffuser. Very Zen feel! Also, meticulous about cleanliness!

There is NOT a true kitchen -- no sink or stove.
Refrigerator (no ice maker and will not keep ice cream frozen). Sometimes a longer-term guest can utilize our freezer in the main house.
Coffee Maker (pod per cup). We use filtered water.
High-speed WiFi works inside and also in the backyard.
Small fold-out tabletop for eating or use as a desk space. We can offer a small portable table or chair for longer-term guests. Ask in a message if you want to stay longer than a month - I can give you a better discount than displayed.

Other things to note
Smoking is allowed outside only.
Stay up late, check-in late, but be respectful of neighbors, so no loud music or parties.
We MAY allow someone to bring a dog on a case-by-case basis (there is a fee) and permission is needed.
We have a friendly dog that stays inside our main house - her name is Abby. We ask you to keep the gate closed just in case. You might see us out in the back doing some grilling or gardening - but we try to give you space.
No check-out-in on Saturday. If you prefer to park in a driveway - please reach out to the host for special instructions.
