The property itself is new, clean, and conveniently located a few blocks off the Riverwalk. It was listed and confirmed as a 2BR, but 2 days later (3 days before our trip) it became a 1BR. Host company wouldn't adjust the price or acknowledge the change, even though I sent screenshots of their automatic message confirming my reservation for a “2BR” and VRBO confirmed the listing description changed after booking. There were 3 of us, so the couch had to be a bed. Otherwise, seemed safe for both the garage and the rental unit. Do watch the very helpful videos for entrance.There's a popular road for fast & loud cars outside the unit, so bring earplugs. The building itself is very quiet.Communication with the answering service was pretty quick and helpful when we had questions (except for the 2BR/1BR issue).
