THE SPACE
This is the perfect space for guests who need a home base near downtown, professionals doing work, or for a small group of up to four friends who want to relax and watch TV. This place is the ideal place to relax after a day or night of exploring vibrant San Antonio.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed for a restful night’s sleep, a desk and chair, and a luggage rack and hangers and shelving for your belongings. If you’re looking to spend some quiet time outdoors you can take advantage of the covered porch and bring the dining chairs outside for seating.

The fully equipped kitchen features a stove and oven, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, cooking essentials (pots, pans, dishes, etc), coffee and tea, and more.

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:
-Private entrance with 24/hr keypad access for convenience. Every reservation has a unique code that works only for you during your stay.
-Recently renovated (December '19) with brand new appliances, a modern color scheme, and laminate flooring.
-Parking is only about Four (4) feet from the front door! (Along with tons of street parking right just outside the property fence..)

- Queen size bed in the room (Standard mattress on bed frame - we don't put air mattresses on a bed frame.)
- Premium queen size, self-inflating air mattress (22" high) that can accommodate two adults comfortably.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire place! Check-in time is 3pm or later. You will be provided with a unique access code to our electronic door lock so late night check-ins are not a problem. Check-out time is 11 am.

The Neighborhood:
We highly recommend that guests conduct their own thorough research about the neighborhood before making a reservation at our property.

This area has a rich history, dating back to the late 1800s, and has experienced revitalization in recent years. It has garnered attention for its ongoing transformation, attracting investment, and witnessing the restoration of historic homes, the construction of new residences, the opening of new dining and entertainment venues, and the arrival of new residents eager to enjoy the proximity to downtown.

However, we want to be upfront about the nature of the neighborhood. It is a transitional area where you'll find both beautifully restored properties and some homes that are still awaiting their own transformations. Some guests may find certain aspects of the neighborhood less aesthetically pleasing or comfortable.

We are pleased to share that our guests (over 500 reservations since 2019) have had positive experiences during their stays with us. If you're seeking a comfortable and affordable home in close proximity to downtown, our property may be an ideal choice for you. However, if you prefer a neighborhood with a more polished appearance and walkable access to stores and restaurants, you might consider accommodations in other areas.

We strongly recommend conducting your research on the area to ensure that you're comfortable with the neighborhood's characteristics before making a reservation. We believe in providing honest and transparent information to help you make an informed decision for your stay.

Getting Around:
Private parking space is available in front of the porch for 1 vehicle. There is plenty of additional street parking outside the property gate.
