“Struttura ideale soprattutto per famiglie, appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario, posizionata in una via silenziosa e tranquilla a 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia convenzionata e dal centro città con negozi e ristoranti.. è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo e torneremo sicuramente.. mare di sperlonga sempre stupendo!! ”

“The apartment was ok but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery. The smell was also musty and having a family above was loud. The property was beautiful and so was the pool. The town of sperlonga is incredible ”

“Het huis is prachtig, het zwembad is fraai maar het is niet geschikt voor personen met een rolstoel. De omgeving (Sezze, Latina, Rome en Napels) is prachtig. Jammer is het continue geblaf van erg veel honden.”

“We loved our stay. Giancarlo gave us very good support upfront, and he’s always reachable. The fully equipped property was perfect for our family of four. Our children lloved the garden with lemon tree and the bicycles that are available for the guests. ”

“Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. The site is magnificent, high up on a hillside with wonderful views. The garden and terraces are planted with many different plants and trees, making for interesting exploring. There is a pool and shaded activities area also, so something for everyone’s interest. The house is well appointed with a lovely shaded patio on which to sit and enjoy the views. Beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need. Terracina has a lovely beach and good……

“Der Besitzer ist sympathisch u hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation ist unproblematisch. Die Umgebung ist ruhig u das Haus ist schön für eine Familie mit Kids u Hundchen, auch nicht weiter vom Wasser weg. Es gibt vielen Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht.”

“The stay at the house was very pleasant. The host was very friendly. The house is very nice and it is surrounded by a nice garden with a pool. It is a good location to visit the nearby cities of Sperlonga, Gaeta and Itri. Even a day trip to Neapel and the Vesuv region is possible.”

“Villino traanquillo situato all'interno del parco del Circeo. Ottimo per chi apprezza le coste rocciose raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti ( Per raggiungere le spiagge con sabbia occorre l'auto). La casa dispone di molti accessori. Non sono presenti però wi.fi e aria condizionata (non è stata comunque necessaria durante il nostro soggiorno a luglio)”

“c'era un problema con internet, tuttavia il proprietario stava cercando di risolverlo. Torneremmo sicuramente assumendo che internet sia stato risolto.la zona è molto carina, il mare è pulito e il pesce delizioso. Il Museo e la visita alla Villa di Tiberio fatto per una deviazione interessante.”

“Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber, modern und mit wirklich ALLEM ausgestattet was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war reibungslos. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Es wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl dies nicht in der Anzeige stand. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder mieten.”

“Abseits vom Trubel ein kleines Paradies, Schirmpinien und Korkeichen im Garten, familiär und nicht zu perfekt. Wir haben es genossen.”

“Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno, con un balconcino in cui si riesce a mangiare in due, proprietari molto disponibili e presenti, ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi. Impagabile l'ombrellone e le sdraio incluse!”

“Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa bellissima casetta e siamo stati molto bene. Anche la nostra cagnolona ha apprezzato molto il grande giardino e la tranquillità. Massima cordialità e disponibilità da parte di Alessandra e la signora Rita. Consigliato per chi cerca un posto tranquillo e un appoggio per visitare bellissimi borghi nelle vicinanze. Torneremo!”

“Ein sehr privates ruhiges Plätzchen inmitten der Natur mit allem, was man braucht, umgeben von ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgebern. Man benötigt das Auto zum Strand und auch zum Einkaufen. Aber der Weg dorthin über Serpentinen mit phantastischem Meerblick lohnte sich an jedem Tag.”
