「The property was clean and just the right size for a family of four. We brought an air mattress for the kids to sleep on in the living room. There is no dishwasher, but there was a full sized washer and dryer. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster,and coffee maker. Just the right size for family meals. On check in there is a $90.00 administration fee for pool access. Lots of kids around at the pool. Long Island Village is easy to access from Port Isabel from the swing bridge. We recommend Dirty...

「The unit was perfect to use as a home base for SpaceX Starship launch and South Padre Island activities. You do have to pay the recreation fee for the facilities, but it's a nice community. If you use this for Starship launch viewing, you'll need to venture out to find a good view of the launch pad, but short walks can get you there.」

「Home was comfy and had plenty of necessary items (from extra towels and dishes to a washer and dryer). The owners were excellent with communication and the home is in a quiet family oriented area. 」

「A comfortable cottage with all the amenities, it even had a dishwasher. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed if we abated to cook (which wasn’t often ). Andrea managed the place and she made sure we had everything we needed, very nice!!」

「My dad and I stayed there for 5 days during a fishing trip. Boat dock worked well for my bay boat and pretty close to the outlet into the bay saved time to the fishing grounds.」

「The owner was vesy responsive to our questions. The coffee maker wasn't working and they took the time to bring us a new one. The location was very peaceful and quiet. It was a great geataway.」

「This place is nice in the country side in front of an orange field. I did not see any rats but did see droppings. I report immediately to property management and quickly reponded to my concerns. This house has all needed amenities common house would have. Very safe feeling. Tranquility for sure.」
