“Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions.
The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early.”
